The Reinvention Intensive
A 90-day private transformation experience for ambitious professionals ready to step into the most alive version of themselves.
Begin Your Reinvention"I help ambitious professionals go from stagnation to reinvention."
You have spent years building expertise in something — and something has shifted. The certainty you once felt about your path has quietly faded.
You sense that the role, identity, or industry you built everything around may be entering a new chapter — and you want to be ahead of it, not behind it.
You are high-functioning on the outside and privately exhausted on the inside. Life looks successful. It just doesn't feel that way.
You have been thinking, planning, preparing to make a change for longer than you care to admit — and you are ready to actually move.
You have tried talking about it. Therapy, conversations, journaling. It helped you understand the problem. It hasn't changed it.
You know that staying where you are is costing you — in energy, in time, in the life you are not yet living — far more than any investment in real change ever could.

Think of it as a clean slate. Everything that was quietly running in the background — the weight, the noise, the invisible resistance — is cleared. From that open space, here is what becomes available to you.
This work does not rely on revisiting the past repeatedly or slowly building insight over years of weekly sessions.
Yana holds certifications in clinical hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming, and integrates advanced subconscious reprogramming, cognitive pattern work, and somatic embodiment into a single, seamless approach.
Rather than processing problems intellectually, this work goes directly to where patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored — in the subconscious and the nervous system — and releases them at the root.
What makes this approach distinct is the bridge it builds between the analytical mind and the creative one. Most high-achieving professionals have spent years developing one at the expense of the other. This work reunites them — which is where the most powerful thinking, decisions, and reinventions happen.
Skepticism is welcome. The only requirement is a genuine readiness to change.
A professional musician facing the loss of her university position arrived convinced she needed to leave her field entirely. Through our work she discovered she wasn't moving toward something new — she was moving away from patterns that would have followed her anywhere. She uncovered a passion for social justice work, relocated across the country, and today works for a justice program while continuing to perform professionally. She didn't escape her life. She finally stepped into it.
A successful architect had quietly carried a lifelong dream of being a musician. Through our work he found the courage to found his own orchestra from nothing. When a significant relationship ended and took most of his funding with it, he stood at the edge of quitting. We worked through it. He rebuilt entirely on his own. The Seattle chamber orchestra is now in its fifth season and he leads it full time. Reinvention is not a single moment — it is a decision you keep making.
A world-class cellist had walked away from her instrument a decade earlier, switching to acting after experiences that made it impossible to continue. Through our work she was able to release what had driven her away and reconnect with the part of herself she had left behind. She returned to her instrument. Today she builds her livelihood from both music and acting. Sometimes reinvention means finding the courage to go back to what was always yours.
Yana Reznik built a career that looked like a dream. A sold-out Carnegie Hall debut. International stages. Television appearances. Roland's only classically endorsed concert pianist in the US.
And then, at the height of it, everything stopped. Not gradually. Not by choice. Her mind and body simply refused to continue the way she had been going — and in that sudden, forced stillness, something she had been outrunning for years finally caught up with her.
What followed wasn't a crisis. It was a beginning.
Yana spent the next decade dismantling an identity that no longer fit, recovering the parts of herself she had set aside, and rebuilding from a place of genuine choice rather than momentum and expectation. She traveled to 19 countries, trained across multiple disciplines, and discovered something unexpected: that living between the creative and analytical worlds had given her a rare ability to bridge them.
Everything she does now exists to help others find their own reinvention.
"I don't teach reinvention from a textbook. Her life is the reinvention."
